INFINITI RETAIL SERVICES
As you focus on your family and work, we know that your vehicle may play a key role. Through it all, INFINITI is committed to being here for you. During this time, Retailers Service Department hours of operation may vary. With that in mind, we ask you to please be safe and take the recommendations of government and local authorities. We encourage you to book your appointment online or connect with your local retailer over the phone if at all possible.
As of March 16th, we directed our employees with the ability to work remotely to do so until further notice. This action is out of an abundance of caution to help reduce the risk of spreading the coronavirus. To ensure that our network will not face any shortage, our Parts Distribution Centres remain operational with enhanced safety measures in place – and our call centres will stay open.
During the INFINITI Privilege Program, when you lease or finance a new and previously unregistered 2019 or 2020 INFINITI model (excluding Q70) through INFINITI Financial Services (IFS), the equivalent of three (3) monthly payments will be reimbursed by INFINITI up to the applicable maximum specified below. INFINITI Canada will reimburse up to three (3) payments. Offer is only applicable when the first 3 monthly lease/finance payments add up to the applicable maximum specified below or less.
This is impacted by the length of the term and the down payment, if any, as selected by the consumer. This offer is not a payment waiver. Customer remains responsible for making all regularly scheduled payments. Offer period is March 25, 2020 to April 15, 2020.
A credit application must be submitted to INFINITI Financial Services (IFS) during the offer period in order to qualify.
