I recently purchased a qx50 from Hyatt Infiniti and had a great experience. My sales rep was Zain and he was fantastic. Knowledgeable, friendly, and very patient; he didn't even seem bothered that I came back for 3 test drives before finally deciding to purchase. Shortly after purchasing there was a small issue with the voice recognition and the service department was very quick to resolve the problem. I dealt with the Service Manager, Davin, and he was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to ensure I was well taken care of.

This is a 5 star car dealer. I used to service my G37 there and often used to swing by the new car section to check newer models. Their friendly approach, easily sharing of information and never hesitating to show me the newer models though I wasn't sure when I'll buy the next one, earned my business for buying the Q50 Red Sports. They were patient with my for about an year.
